Story & Lore
One of Omeyocan’s eldest gods, the Rain-Maker has long worked to influence the natural and cosmic cycles. He wishes to more freely grant his blessings to mortals, and despite his own temper and need for blood sacrifice, he disdains those who revel in the tumult of Ryven. He collaborates with other servants of Order to calm the chaos of the post-Shattering world.

Typhoon Cycle (Core)

- Description: Attack all enemies (360%ATK). Has an 80% chance to place Hex II on each target for 2 turns. Also place 2 stacks of Banish on enemies defeated by this ability.
- Awakening Upgrade: Place ACC Up II and Immortal for 2 turns on this hero before attacking.

- Description: Each hit from this hero has a 50% chance to inflict additional damage 100%ATK to a random enemy.
