Story & Lore
Demon-god of the tempest, Raijin delights in devastation. Although driven by both his own nature and by rage at Izanagi, Raijin still feels some sense of ownership over Izumo. He often directs his storms against the realm’s enemies, not to spare his own people suffering—he still batters them fiercely—but because he feels Izumo is his to harrow, no one else’s.

Ability Details
Scattered Thunder (Basic)
- Cooldown: None
- Description: Attack 3 random targets (155%ATK). If the target is under a Debuff, each hit places Barrier 50%ATK on this hero. If Fujin is an ally, he will also gain the Barrier and join the attack.
Harnessed Tempest (Core)
- Cooldown: 5 turns
- Description: Attack all enemies 2 times (180%ATK). The first hit has a 75% chance to place Hex II on each target for 2 turns. The second hit has a 75% chance to place DEF Down II on each target for 2 turns.
- Awakening Upgrade: If an enemy receives both Hex II and DEF Down II from this ability, increase their duration by 1 turn.
Eye of the Storm (Passive)
- Cooldown: None
- Description: When an enemy receives a Debuff, shock them, inflicting damage 100%ATK. This can trigger up to 1 time per hero turn.
- Awakening Upgrade: No longer limits to 1 trigger per hero turn.
Supercharged Pulse (Ultimate)
