Story & Lore
Gozu and Mezu—or Ox-Head and Horse-Face—are guardians of Yomi, Izumo’s underworld. For ages, they worked together as a pair, their duties nigh identical. Since the Shattering, however, Gozu more frequently remains behind to guard the entrance to Yomi. There he welcomes the newly arrived dead, or runs them down if they should seek to escape, before delivering them below.

Ability Details
Pit Thrust (Basic)
- Cooldown: None
- Description: Attack 1 enemy (15%HP+140%ATK) and decrease each target’s DEF by 3% (stacking up to 10 Times). Also, heal for 30% of the damage inflicted. If Mezu is an ally, heal them for the same amount.
- Awakening Upgrade: When an ally is attacked has a 20% chance to retaliate with this ability.
Break Morale (Core)
- Cooldown: 4 turns
- Description: Attack all enemies (10%HP+115%ATK). Before attacking, has a 75% chance to place Hex II on each target for 2 turns. If Mezu is an ally, he joins in the attack using his Core Ability.
Welcome Party (Passive)
- Cooldown: None
- Description: When an enemy under Hex is defeated, increase the HP of all allies by 8% (up to 3 times). The stat gains carry over waves.
Eternal Torment (Ultimate)
- Cooldown: None
- Initial Divinity: 625
- Required Divinity: 3725
- Description: Attack all enemies (10%HP+115%ATK) and steal 20% of the enemy’s Current HP. If the target is a boss, steal 5% of the enemy’s Current HP instead. If Mezu is an ally, also increases their RES by 20 (stacking up to 5 times).
- Awakening Upgrade: When an ally is defeated, activate this ultimate against the attacker. This hero’s Divinity will not be reset.
Imprint Bonus
When an enemy under Hex is defeated, increase the HP this hero by 4% (up to 3 times). The stat gains carry over waves.
