Story & Lore
King and champion of ancient Ekur, Gilgamesh undertook countless famous adventures—and through most of them, his beloved companion Enkidu stood beside him. Enkidu’s death drove Gilgamesh nearly mad, leaving him open to manipulations that ultimately resulted in the destruction of the Aetherwell and the Shattering itself. Gilgamesh now wanders aimlessly, a mentally broken shell of the hero he once was.
