Story & Lore
A fey spirit in woman’s form, the banshee is the harbinger of grief. Prior to the Shattering, each banshee was associated with a given bloodline, and would wail hideously when death approached for one of the family. Now, however, the shifting aether has transformed some into bringers of death. They have become hostile, murdering victims with their hellish keening.
