## Story & Lore
Lu Bu is a skilled warrior, but also a habitual traitor without loyalty. He considers the near paralysis of Tian's bureaucracy a sign of weakness, and searches for someone to whom he can betray Tian's gods in exchange for power and authority. He has recently approached Ninurta in Ekur—a visit that has allowed Lillith to ensnare Lu Bu in her schemes.
